Yoga – Meditation
Yoga is a pathway that involves learning, experiencing and self-awareness, one that goes far beyond mere poses and theoretical knowledge.
In our courses, we set out on this path through physical exercises, the focus of which is greater awareness, through relaxation techniques as preparation for Yoga-Nidra, and by practicing Pranayama, for subtle awareness of our breathing as well as meditation. All the while, we are guided by the philosophy of yoga, in particular the yoga sutras of Patanjali; it offers us a structure by which we can orient ourselves and grow, in order that we might approach our goal, that of freedom, step-by-step.
